Thank you for the great care of our loved ones.  They have loved the small concerts in your music room and the home cooked meals.  You also have a great playground for the grandkids to play on while we visit grandma.  Thanks for all you do.

Dear Manila Country Home Assisted Living,

I just wanted to write you and thank you for the personal tour of your facility.  I have been in many assisted living centers recently and was so very impressed with yours for many reasons.   I was absolutely taken with the “home” environment you provide for your residents.  I loved seeing a kitchen rather than a cafeteria, a dining room table rather than a dining hall, and a living room as opposed to a commons area.  The renovations that have updated the home, to accommodate the elderly are impressive to me, from the handrails to the bathrooms, it seems nothing has been overlooked.  The cleanliness of your home and the feeling I felt while I was there was matched by no other.  I appreciated the effort you have put forth to make your facility a family friendly environment.  Whether it’s a visit in the spacious family room, playing in the wide open back yard, climbing in the tree house, or horseback rides, I have no doubt families will have plenty to be entertained with while visiting their loved one.   Beyond the actual facility I witnessed some of the most gracious and respectful staff while I was visiting.  Their attitude toward this special time in one’s life was most impressive to me.  I wanted to thank you for offering such an outstanding place for those in their final years of life.  It is hard to find a place that feels like “home”.  And that, is the greatest compliment I could pay you.  Coming to Manila country Home felt like, just that, coming home.
