Administrator/Owners

David R. Gibb graduated from BYU in 1963 with a Bachelors degree in Secondary education.  After teaching one year, he decided to return to BYU and recieved a Master of Public Administration degree in 1965.  Mr Gibb is an experienced administrator, having owned his own business for many years and filling a variety of administrative positions as Boy Scout District Commissioner, church leader, and other civic and government agencies.  Before coming to Utah in 1989,  Dave was licensed as a nursing home administrator in the state of Oregon.

Dian Green Gibb brings years of organizational skills to the business and care-giving operations to Manila Country Home.  After raising a large family, she took care of her own aging parents until their recent passing.  She retired from Intermountain Healthcare as a teacher and still volunteers at Kids Stop teaching music and loving the children she served for many years.  Home cooked meals and a spotless living enviornment are just two of the many contributions Dian makes as the owner of Manila Country Home.
